Project Manager – Editorial and Production (part-time, 3 days/week)
Salary: £33,000 per annum fte, pro-rata for 3 days/week
We are seeking an experienced and confident part-time Project Manager to join our busy Editorial and Production team, overseeing specific books through the editorial, layout and production stages. This is a stimulating and varied role for someone who relishes the challenge of working in a small, closely knit team to produce serious, illustrated books with impeccable production standards. The ideal candidate will have meticulous editorial skills and experience of project-managing or desk-editing illustrated books. They will be a highly organised problem-solver and adept communicator, confident working under their own initiative and liaising with a varied range of specialists. Some experience of InDesign and Photoshop and a knowledge of the 4-colour repro and print production processes would be an advantage.
The job is based in our London office on the City Road (nearest Tube stations: Old Street and Angel) and is an exciting opportunity for a creative and self-motivated individual to contribute to the development of a prestigious imprint.
