BOOK TALK 20 SEPTEMBER 2022: NAVIGATING SENSITIVE CONTENT

Navigating Sensitive Content
Panel discussion and book signing

Artist and activist Emma Shapiro, whose work is exhibited in Sensitive Content, moderates a discussion on censorship in the arts with writers Gareth Harris (The Art Newspaper) and Farah Nayeri (The New York Times), whose books Censored Art Today and Takedown: Art and Power in the Digital Age will be available for purchase and signing at the event.

The group exhibition Sensitive Content on display at Unit London  13 September-16 October 2022, highlights contemporary artists whose work and ideas have been censored - singling out in particular artists who seek to give voice to those who have been systematically marginalized.
